Part of the comment gone when published

It happens not everytime but ONCE AWHILE

My friend told me she tried a few times that when she finished typing the comment then post, when the comment was published, there’s only the first line or a few words left then the rest of what she typed was gone.

Any idea why does it happen or….how can i fix it?
