I started using this widget today in 2 of my websites. I set it up exactly the same way. Nonetheless in one site looks perfect but in the other the first words of the post title appears next to the thumbnail and the rest at the bottom. I would like it with the thumbnail on top and the full title below like in my other website. I have the same thumbnail sizes set in both webs 300×150. I also tried to change to different width but no changes applied. I put 350 and 400 to see if then the text is pushed down but not, all remains the same. Any idea?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do the websites use different themes? If yes, some CSS staements of the theme overwrites the CSS staements of the widget. You can correct the layout with own CSS staements overwritng the theme CSS.

No, they are not different themes. I’m using generatepress theme in both sites. I have 3 sizes set: thumbnail 300×150 Medium 300×300 Big 780×400. If I pick the thumbnail in the widget it shows up as a rectangular image. If I pick the medium one, it turns square, same width than the other and a bit higher. If I pick the big one, remains exactly the same than the medium. In all the cases the image never gets wider and there’s always some of the title text on the right margin.
It’s like there is a limit on how wide can the image be in the sidebar.

I don’t know about css customizing, so the theme it’s just the original version.

I already tried to change to another theme for a moment and back. Also deleted the widget and installed it again.

The weirdest thing is that I′m using the same theme and same image sizes in both sites and one of them looks nice.

You can check it out yourself:

Yes, you’re correct. The images are scaled to the widest possible width in the sidebar.
