Part of theme Customization section disappears

  • I am currently developing a website using this theme and i am hosting it on wamp local server. I love this theme, it is absolutely amazing. The problem is that in the theme customization section, ‘Global settings’, ‘Header’, ‘content’, ‘Footer’ just disappears on its own making customization imposible for me. Please help a brother out.

    Hi,
    Can you post your system informations in your next reply? You’ll find them under Appearance > About Hueman.
    Can you also try to disable all your plugins to check if the issue could be related to a pugin conflict with the theme ?

    It seems that I have the same problem. The Addons plugin seems to be the problem since last update a day ago. Curiously, the problem is with my sous-domain site and not the principal site. The problem comes and go.

    When I want to customize, there’s a black window at the right instead of a view of the site and the options aren’t available. It looks like there is something that is blocking out and it search and search without succed.

    Here are my system information :
