    I’ve encountered a sporadic bug with KCO. Sometimes the customer details passed to WooCommerce include just the billing name, post code and email. Phone number, street and shipping address are left blank when it happens. Sometimes even the name is missing.

    Most of the time it works as it should, and I don’t find anything useful in the logs. All the details are still stored with Klarna. Any idea why this is a thing?

    I know this is super hard to troubleshoot, but it would be nice to use the Klarna Order Management to fetch the missing customer data upon request. As of now the drop down menu in the WooCommerce order does not give any actions. Maybe that could be implemented as a simple fix?
