• Hi,

I use the plugin on the website, wich was creazed with Divi theme (and Divi builder).
The full content protection works properly, but is seems, that the partial protection shortcodes don’t work.

I tried foe example the shortcode for some level id with custom message. The code was added to proper text editor tab. Also the full protection was not enebled. The result is that the fist part of the code shows the correct custom messages, but the second shortcode part is visible as it would be text and it doesn’t hide the closed content.

Please be so kind and help to fix the issue.

    Thank you very much!

Unfortunately at preset only the Full Content protection works with Divi builder.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

    What a pity!

I think, Divi is very popular, plan you solve this problem generally? It would be very appreciated!

Is there any possibility to add content to the fully closed page headers? I mean, page title and some additional, general information, before the standard, current message/text?

    Thank you very much!

The main issue is the way some of the page builders work with the page’s layout. Our plugin needs to hook into the standard WordPress’s content filter. Some of the page builders completely override that default WordPress’s page content output behavior, and doesn’t let our plugin behave the normal way. It’s just fundamentally two different things. I understand that what you are using can be a popular tool but our plugin was designed to work with the standard WordPress’s page editor (which is what most of our users are using).

We prefer the standard block editor of WordPress which will work fine with our plugin. That’s the only page editor we can officially support.

The following is a solution that can be used with some of the page editors and can work but it won’t be as nice as if you were using the standard WordPress’s page editor.

We don’t have any other solution for this unfortunately.

webreneszansz can I ask, have you had any trouble with the Visual Builder failing to load in the backend on pages that are protected?
