Partial payment doesn’t work on checkout page

    WooCommerce has a nice feature which allows you to manually create an order from the admin dashboard & send it to the customer though an email with link to make the payment online. The payment link take customers directly to checkout page so they can pay for the order.

    I recently had a customer complaining that he couldn’t apply his $50 wallet balance to the order worth $120 on the checkout page. His wallet balance wasn’t applied to the order automatically & he wasn’t able to select both Wallet & Credit Card Options at the same time to make the payment. He ended up paying $120 from his credit card & his wallet payment wasn’t used at all.

    It seems like partial payment gets applied only on the cart page & not when you skip cart page & go directly to checkout page. Can you please fix this problem?
