Partial payment not working properly since v1.2.6

    Hi Subrata,

    The partial payment by wallet is not working properly.

    When on Checkout Page, the user marks the partial payment checkbox and the wallet amount is applied properly as discount but, after the order is actually sent, the amount used for partial payment does not get withdrawn from the user’s wallet. Thus, the user gets to keep his wallet money even though he just used them for the partial payment :).

    Please have a look on it.

    Hi @mikeyhash,

    The partial payment amount would be deducted from user wallet balance after order status on-hold, processing or compleated. So I suggest you check order status for that.

    All my orders go “On-Hold” by default. But it doesn’t matter the status of the order, because I’ve tried changing it into processing and the issue is still there.

    I don’t have this issue with the partial payment if I use plugin version 1.2.4 (I have jumped directly from 1.2.4 to 1.2.6 when updating, thus I don’t know if the issue is also in 1.2.5 or not)

    Did you test it locally and not encounter this issue?

    Any news on this?

    I have made further tests, and I still have this issue with 1.2.6 -> user wallet ballance doesn’t change after partial payment (all of my orders go On-Hold by default, so this would not be an issue). Everything else works fine.

    Please check it up.
