Partial Payment Not Working, Wallet Does Not Show

There is option to deduct from wallet and pay with other payment method, I have it checked, but it is not showing up if below order total
(Settings: Checked for Partial Payment Not Working) Wallet option does not appear or auto-deduct from balance
