Partial refund cancels order

    I am refunding 1 line item in woocommerce. So a partial refund.

    But it cancels the total order.

    How to change this?

    It would not be the Stripe plugin that’s cancelling your order if a refund is processed.

    Can you please provide a step by step of how you’re going about performing the refund in WooCommerce?

    Also, what do the order notes say?

    Hi,

    I will add screenshots where you see the notes added.?
    For now I used the woocommerce api and refunded 1 line item. As you can see on the screenshot. But also when I press the refund button and do a partial refund it will cancel the order.

    Thanks for the order notes, it’s very clear now what the issue is. I can tell from the order notes that you have a second Stripe plugin enabled on your site and it’s incorrectly processing the refund request and cancelling the WooCommerce order.

    Please navigate to your WordPress > Admin > Plugins page and confirm which other Stripe plugin you’re using. I recommend you disable that other Stripe plugin as it’s not needed since you’re using our plugin already.

    Ah I see, old one was still enabled, not active So disabled it and now it works. Thanks.
