I’ve been trying for weeks to fix partially encrypted page errors.
I’m trying to enable ssl on these pages:

https://millerfamilydermatology.com/for-patients/payments/I’m hosted at bluehost, shared hosting. have ssl certificate installed for my domain.
wordpress url in general tab is set to
https://millerfamilydermatology.comhttps settings:
ssl host: millerfamilydermatology.com (the certificate is set to both www and non-www)
Force SSL admin is off
Force SSL exclusively is ONbut I just can’t get to the bottom of the insecure element.
