Participant Record Not Working

    Thanks for the great plug-in. It will be a great service for our tiny anti-corruption non-profit (once I get it working!!).

    Actually, everything is working perfectly, except for the Participant Records. I’ve entered a few test cases which have successfully been assigned unique Private IDs (here are a few: T5Z7Q, VM6TL, XO26B). I’ve also put the shortcode [pdb_record], and only that shortcode, on this page (https://ptfund.org/adviser-profile/). However, I can’t get the records to show up. I’ve clicked on the link automatically generated in the receipt e-mail, manually typed in the address with the Private ID, and tried clicking on the Private ID on the back-end of WordPress. Nothing seems to work. What on earth could I be doing wrong??!

    You have some kind of redirect or something that is deleting the value from the URL, so the plugin can’t display the record.
