Participants Database: Options do not save

  • I’m using this plugin to help a client develop a database for a horse group. They are having issues with the options saving for a check box or radio button in the database fields. They can set up the field, enter the information, but when they click ‘update fields’, they get a blank screen or a spinning timer and the information never saves.

    The website is https://www.rmhorse.com. I can’t point you to the page because it’s not live yet, and I don’t think you can access it without logging in.

    Appreciate any advice you have.

    It could be that you have too many fields in a single group. I can’t tell you what the limit is, really depends on the server, but I suggest you organize your fields into smaller groups and see if that solves the issue.

    If the group is less than 30 fields, there may be some other issue. It would be helpful to see what’s coming in to the php error log in that case.
