I have been using the participant log successfully as part of our record keeping.
Things have been fine up until a few days ago when instead of being able to access the log fields I just get a spinning cursor.

I activated the debug and do see

Log file initiated at: November 5, 2022 12:10 pm UTC

The first thing to look at is what has changed recently on your site, any new plugins? Possibly a new theme, etc.

Generally speaking, an issue like this will be seen as a javascript error. To take a look at that, you need to open your browser developer tools and look at the “Console” where javascript issues will be posted.

If you need me to look into this further, can you be more specific about the action you are taking? I’d like to test this by duplicating the specific thing you are doing.

Certainly its in a restricted area. I can set up a login and send a few notes to show you where the issues occurs. What would be the best way to do this.

You can email me at [email protected].

Also, I’ll need some more detail on what it is you are doing when the problem shows up.

    Hi Rowland,
I found a piece of leftover script from a total cache plugin after WordPress directed me to it. Once removed the Participants Database Log seems fine.
