Participate Info Not Working

  • Hello, my name is Daniel. I already add a new field, then i press the “Signup” checkbox. Then i press update fields. When the page is reload, it still appear that i didn’t press the “Signup” checkbox. And also its not appear in the register page of my website. Can i know how to fix this. Thank you

    Are you able to successfully save other settings changes? Is it only the “signup” checkbox?

    It may be the server is rejecting the submission because it is too big. You will need to look at your php error log or possible ask you web hosting provider.

    When i try ti save other things, it also the same thing happen. They said the plugin have a problem.
