Particular CSS Only Works in Customizer

    Hi, the following CSS does not have any effect in Site Origin CSS customizer but works in the theme custom CSS. Any idea why?

    select.wpas-form-control {
  padding-top: 0px !important;
  padding-bottom: 0px !important;
}
