Particular shipping cost

    Hello,

    Could you please help me to find the right plugin for a website with a particular shipping ?
    I would like to get a plugin which can allow me to calculate the shipping costs according to these options :
    – weight
    – locality
    – and a fee for fuel cost (for instance multiplicate by 1.35€ for each order made on the website). The fee will change every month.

    It’s for agricultural machinery therefore with particular shipping (private carrier).
