Partly predefined fields?

    There are probably several ways to do this, but perhaps the easiest would be to tell people to enter only the part of the information you want, then use a custom template for your single record page that fills in the rest, and perhaps builds a link.

    Okay, thanks. I checked out this page about custom templates, but I don’t really know where to go from here. I guess I need to learn PHP in order to create custom templates?

    You will need to know a little, the article contains an example that should be helpful…it’s good knowledge to have if you’re creating WordPress sites.
