Parts of comments missing

Since I upgraded to 2.5 I have noticed that parts of comments have gone missing. A few examples can be seen on these comments: https://www.triviaguide.net/james-marsters/#comment-9948
I have tested all my plugins and none of them are causing the problem.
The comments have disappeared entirely from the database. Is there anything I can do about this? I don’t have backups going back that far.
