We’ve been having this trouble for a few days now. The main index page of our site seems to work fine across multiple computers and browsers and doesn’t seem to be coming from cashe, but 50%-75% of the sub pages no longer show up and give 500 server errors. Unfortuantly one of the pages giving server errors is our /wp-login/ screen. The person who built the sight is no longer with the company and I can’t seem to find where the sight is hosted. Also, it doesn’t appear we have a recent backup of the sight anywhere on our server, so I’m fearing the worst.

Would the login screen be hosted through our hosting site, or through WordPress proper? Any ideas how I can get this all up and running again?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you! I had found that, and like 4 other conflicting whois hosting locations. parts are lunar pages, parts are go-daddy, parts are Cloudways, but I’ll try to dig deeper into Digital Ocean. Would the login in page be located on the hosting service? it’s not controlled by wordpress?

Your login credentials for loging into your hosting account is separate from WP login.

    Nobody here has that info.

Sorry, I worded that question wrong. Would the wp-login page for getting into the dashboard of our site be hosted with the rest of the content from our site, or would it be hosted by wordpress?

Where ever your site is hosted.

www.ads-software.com does not host that site or page, it provides the software for other people to use their own sites on their own hosts.
