Pass form name to google sheet

    I am looking to pass on the form name to the google sheet. I want to have multiple forms going to the one sheet but to differentiate the source i wanted to pass the form name. I have done this with a date and time field and i was hoping this was possible with the form name (or some other identifying field)

    Hi @guardingdreams,

    To get the Form Name to your sheet you can use hidden form tag ( [hidden form-name “Contact Form Name”] ) for each form and pass your contact form name.

    Make sure the hidden form tag name must be same for each of your contact form. i.e form-name and add same name as a header to your Google Sheet.
