Pass Get var in the url

hi, here is my problem, i selling house’s and i have different models of house.

3 type
All model
Modele without garage
Model with garage

i want to creat 3 button send in the same page https://www.myurl.com/models
i want to pass this parameter un Get var when we clic on with garage this url happen https://www.myurl.com/models?g=true
without garage https://www.myurl.com/models?g=false
all models https://www.myurl.com/models

how can i send get var and catch it for analyse my script ?
