Pass recipient field value through a link

Is there a way to pass an email address from a text link or button to the ‘To’ field in Contact Form 7? Let’s say there’s a list of employees on the Our Staff page. Each employee has a button or link next to his/her name that says ‘Contact’. The contact button or link then goes to a contact form with the ‘To’ field populated with the email in the button or link. The objective here is that there would be just one form for all of the employees but where the To field changes. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
