Pass submitted email to redirected confirmation page

I want to show the email address users submitted in the redirected confirmation page, because I need to set up enhanced conversion on google ads which extract user submitted email from the tracked page. I followed the tutorial to create a form confirmation page that contains the submitted values of the form. However, it does not redirect to page with the correct url but only shows the page content while staying at the current url and google still cannot track it. Any solutions?
