Pass value of a selected radio button to a hidden field

Is there a way to send the value of a field (in this case it’s a series of radio buttons with different values) to a hidden field in Contact Form 7?

I haven’t come across anything like this in my searching so far and was wondering if anyone else had seen a solution out there for something like this.
