Passcode when opening the app

    Hi there,

    I’m using Keyy and I’m glad with it ??

    Now have this ‘issue’ that I’ve set a passcode when opening the Keyy app. However, the passcode screen is not always showing up. After I logged in once, I can keep opening the app.

    Is it possible to enter the password everytime you open the app?

    What operating system and version are you on (iOS, Android)?

    – Android 8.1.0
    – Huawei mate 20 lite

    Could you please send the log files from the device using the in app option?

    I (I’m not the developer of the Android app, though I do use the Android app) think the PIN entry is valid for a number of minutes. Do you get the same thing if you, say, leave it for an hour.
