Passing additional field through EDD to PayPal

    The site I’m working on, created by another provider, includes the following Modern Tribe plugins:

    The Events Calendar
    The Events Calendar: Community Events
    The Events Calendar: EDD Register
    The Events Calendar: EDD Tickets
    The Events Calendar: Filter Bar
    The Events Calendar PRO
    The Events Calendar Shortcode

    The Events Calendar PRO is licensed, I understand, through the creating agency under a developer license.

    The install also includes:
    Easy Digital Downloads
    Easy Digital Downloads – Commissions
    Easy Digital Downloads – CSV Manager
    Easy Digital Downloads – PayPal Adaptive Payments

    All plugins use current versions.

    My questions is how to pass an additional field to PayPal that describes the type of transaction. I’m thinking the the Registration name, but it could be a category, tag, whatever, so long as the user on the other end can identify in PayPal whether transaction is a donation, ticket sale, tuition payment, etc.

    How can I accomplish this?

    Since your client is a PRO license holder, the best would be to post to our premium forums about this issue. You’ll get a faster reply there also.

    Unfortunately in this forum our support is limited to The Events Calendar core version.
