Passing Data to Third-Party Tools

Let’s say instead of storing the Stream data into the WordPress database you wanted to send it off to a tool like Segment, Pendo, Mixpanel or Google Analytics. What hook would you recommend we use to pass off the data? And is there a way to stop Stream from storing data in WordPress entirely?
