Hi @wonderorsi
Thank you for the update.
I would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @wonderorsi as the forum username please.
Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.
Also, can you try this:
Remove the site from the Connection Issues tab in Wordfence Central.
Now open the Wordfence Dashboard page in the Wordfence plugin.
You will need to open your browser developer tools.
On Windows in Chrome, Edge and FireFox, the browser ?developer tools can be opened by pressing F12. On Mac, you can open it by pressing Command+Option+i. The ?browser ?developer tools is also available via respective Browsers menu.
Select the Console tab.
Copy and paste this line of code below into the command line (you should see a blinking cursor):
?
WFAD.ajax('wordfence_wfcentral_disconnect', {}, function() {});
?
Hit the enter / return key on your keyboard.
?
Now try to connect to Wordfence Central again from the Wordfence Central Status widget on the Wordfence plugin Dashboard page and let me know how it proceeds.
