Passord Protected Content Section

  • Hi, i have tried to password protect a content section, but the form does not accept my password as the correct password… I have implemented the protection inside a WPBakery Page builder created page. I’ve added the [ppwp passwords= “***”] … [/ppwp] code correctly and the form shows up correctly as intended. But when entering the (correct) password, I get an “Please enter the correct password!” alert … Can you assist me pls? Using the latest version and no caching…

    To assist you better, could you please provide us:

    1. A test password and protected page URL for us to take a look?
    2. What hosting server, and cache server are you using? Could you help to temporarily disable and clear all the cache service then re-enter the password and check if it works?

    Hi, there is no caching system on the server (I rechecked with the provider) …

    is this form secure to send a link to the page?…I have to send you a backdoor link
