    Hi,

    When I want to get a password reset I don’t receive an email. How do I do it? However the address entered is correct.

    There are multiple reasons why that could happen but the fastest way to get support, in that case, is to reach out to us directly on [email protected] and someone from the team will take care of you as soon as possible.

    The problem is that since Tuesday I sent an email to support and I haven’t received a response from them despite two reminders…
