Password and email

  • Hi everyone,

    I have one problem. I have forgot my password on wordpress website and currently I’m not available to log into my ftp or cpanel to change password. A person who installed wordpress put his email on admin account and I forgot to change it when I was developing. My email is setuped in Settings -> General page. How I can get I new password sent on that email?

  • Sorry but if there was an easy way to do this, everyone would be hacking everyone else site. Your asking to go around security protocols.
