and i have tried the e-mailer. nothing works

where can i download phpMyAdmin

PHPMyAdmin should be supported by the hosting service provider to manage MySQL database. Contact your hosting service provider.

You can’t find your password in a file. Refer to the instructions here:

Most hosting providers offer phpMyAdmin via their control panel. If you can’t find it, contact your hosting provider.
