do you have cpanel access? if so, from there there should be a MySQL icon, clicking that will take you to another page — near the bottom of THAT page is usually another link to phpmyadmin (if prompted with a password at that point, its typically the same as your cpanel passwd).
Once into phpmyadmin, youre able to look at the database that wp is using, and all of the tables. If you didnt make any changes to the table prefix, your login name, password, and email addy are all stored in the same table: wp_users. The passwd is md5 hashed if im not mistaken, however the email addy is not.
Once there, you can atleast change your email to the correct one, and IF need be, you can use a md5 hasher to generate a new password.
