Password change notification for new users

  • Hi
    I’m using this plug in for days but today I realized when a new user signs up in my multi site (I offer blogs to others) they instantly get an email notification saying that their password changed!
    but their initial password still works and nothing is changed, they just get this notification.
    why is that? and what should I do to stop it?

    Hi, I am not sure if this is related to this plugin. Do you have any other security plugin installed? Do you have a membership plugin installed?

    No I don’t have any security plug in installed.
    I don’t know what to do now.

    You might want to check the log files in this plugin. I am sure the e-mail notification message is coming from one of your other plugins.
