Password changes continue to block admin access

  • Having recently established a subdomain and populated it with content, my well-memorized login password fails to provide me access. Requesting a password reset yields a link that provides a suggested password that, even when accepted, fails to work.
    I am now unable to get into my subdomain at all. What to do?

    Do you have either access to the hosting account (and thus maybe the database)?

    If so, you can view and change admin access information.
