Password emails not arriving for hours

    I am getting notifications of new users hours after the users log on, but the users are getting password notifications hours (8, 10, in one case 22)later. I’ve been setting up some test users using other email addresses on my domain, and another I own to test the problem, but it persists.

    Any ideas? Other emails come and go quickly, so it does not appear to be a net traffic issue.

    Setup test user with your own mailbox. Then look at the headers of received mail, there should be Received: lines. This lines stores timing when (and via what host) message passed by. This can help you find out where is bottleneck
