Password entered in form doesn't work, instead wp auto generates one

Hello,
So using the ultimate member forms, people fill in their information, however, when when sign up the password they enter and confirm doesn’t work later. Instead WP auto generates a password for the account so people are having to reset their passwords.
Don’t know what to do?
