    Hi @leonanthony

    When you are in WordPress on step 3 you need to login to my.bruteprotect.com with the credentials you registered with at my.bruteprotect.com. These are separate from your WordPress credentials.

    Assuming you are doing this correctly, you may have attempted to login during a maintenance window and unfortunately we didn’t have a message alerting you of this at that time.

    Please give it another shot and let me know how it goes.

    Kept trying, bud i’m not able to log-in up till today, so there is something wrong somehow.

    can you email me at jesse (at) getparka dot com with the email address you used to register your account? Do not send your password, via email, I won’t need it.

    Once I have your account email address I can remove your account and let you register a new one. While this isn’t the ideal solution, it’s probably the fastest way to get over this hurdle.
