Password error after install

Just install and set up user name & password…When I try to login to c-panel 30secs later gives password error. Yes, I understand about which password to use.
I used the reset password form but have not received a email yet to reset password. That was about 30 mins ago. I received the password for forum in about 30secs still no reset password email.
