• Client is requesting that the strong password requirement is removed.
    However, the password field is not editable. I have gone to forms>edit registration form> edit password field.
    I have also checked all other settings and even updated to Ultimate Member 2.0
    Please Help, how can I edit password field??

    Hi @sbook1,

    Can you please clarify what do you mean the password filed is not editable?
    You should be able to uncheck “Force strong password?” in ULtimate member -> Forms -> your registration form and Password field.

    This is all i see when I try to edit the field.

    It only happens for the password field. I created a new form, but i cannot add the password field to the new form. When I click on the password field, nothing happens.

    Hi @sbook1,

    Do you have any security plugins installed on your site?
    This issue is very likely caused by plugin/theme conflicts.
    Can you please do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I’m having exactly the same issue. I did the conflict test, and I still can’t access the password settings on the registration form – I see the same thing as in the image that the other user linked to.
