password file error.. plugin

  • I am getting following errors

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './password-change-mandatory.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/members-import/members-import.php on line 13

    Ok, that’s good but I can’t access me website now, how to fix it?

    You must be getting errors if your site is not opening.
    Just tried this plugin in my 3 different setup and all fine.
    Check your error log.

    If you are sure that you are not able to access site due to members-import plugin then go to /wp-content/plugins folder and delete members-import plugin
    After that access your wp-admin section. If all fine then now go to plugins menu and download and install members-import plugin again.
    Might be plugin is not upgraded to its latest version due to fatal-error in earlier version.
