Password forgot don’t work

    Hi,

    I’m using tutor LMS, everything works. People can create account or loggin to use their dashboard, but the problem is that when they click on “mot de passe oublié” they are redirect to the inscription forms

    Is anayone know how to change that ? I have the free version

  • I am having the same issue, it looks like a bug in their latest update. Meanwhile I have not received any response via mail even though I contacted them some days before. It seems like the company has closed down. By the way, this is one of the worst support providing LMS platforms in the internet nowdays, really don’t know what happened to them. The LMS is kind of fine but the customer support is very bad. So it would be better if you can find some other LMS platform that shows some value to the customer.
