Password Help

I was installing WordPress on https://www.reachtothesky.com. After typing in the title my computer froze up and I had to restart. When I go to https://www.reachtothesky.com/wp-admin/install.php it says that it is already installed. The problem I am having is that I don’t have a password and when I try to retrieve it – it says ‘Sorry, that user does not seem to exist in our database. Perhaps you have the wrong username or e-mail address?’ How do I fix this?
