• I am using Ultimate Member to allow users to register for my site.

Upon registration, the form allows users to create a password. The meta it is using is password_create. It allows registration, but when users attempt to login using their recently created passwords, they always get an error message telling them their password is incorrect.

What could possibly be causing this?

    Hi @aclaprad54,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Do you have any security plugins installed?
It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

Thank you for getting back to me, @ultimatemembersupport

    I am using Version 2.0.25

I do not have any security plugins installed and did a conflict test as instructed. While all plugins were disabled, with the exception of Ultimate Member, and the theme set to default, I still experienced this issue.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling Ultimate member, although it comes back with all its data still so this may not be helpful. I have also tried changing the meta of the password field and that does not make any difference. It seems to just not be storing the password for the users, but it is saving other data from the form.
