Password issue, www.ads-software.com vs wp-admin

  • Hi there!

    I need help with the log-in issue. I can’t log in to www.ads-software.com and {my site} using the same password. Why is that? Not sure if I have done something wrong when I set it up. But for my understanding, I should be able to log in to those using only one password correct?.

    My other issue is that I installed Alidropship plug-in to woo commerce but it won’t be able to import products into my site. They just don’t show on the product lists once I finished the import. So is that related to my password issue? I have also contacted Alidropship support team to figure this out as well. Also, I talked to siteground, my domain hosting provider and everything seems to work fine and there is no problem on their end.

    So I need to figure out what caused the password problem and the inability to import products using Alidropshop plug in to wordpress. Please advise. Thank you!

    www.ads-software.com itself and your site are two entirely separate things, they do not share accounts.

    For the Alidropship issue, contacting them was the right thing to do, they’ll help you out with that.
