Password length

    Is there a way to override the passwords limit? Our Password is 24 characters long but the plugin will not validate because it only allows up to 20.

    Hi @hughbanksdesign,

    Yes DHL express has password length limitation, but please make sure the credentials you received is from DHL express for the API integration, the username and password is the Site ID and Password provided by DHL after you send a request to [email protected]

    They usually do not give any password longer than 15 characters.
