    Hi,

I have a registration page for professionnel clients that sets the user type and directs them t their catalogue.
All works fine BUT the password is not being saved. Once logged out the client is presented with the password not valid message and is obliged to request a new password.

I have been obliged to redirct to the lost password routine. Once the routine of clicking the link in an email and resetting their password is done the password is definitive and works fine.

This is a clumsy workaround for a problem that should not exist. Can you help me resolve the issue please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @vegancake,

Thank you for reporting the issue,

We have fixed the issue you mentioned. You can download the zip file here: https://files.fm/u/u29fjwcqmx

Please install the plugin by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New, then upload and replace the existing file. After updating, clear all caches.

Don’t worry—updating the plugin will not affect your settings or configuration. This fix will also be included in our next update.

    Best regards!

Do you have any update on this?

Hi, I have downloaded and installed your fix. I have also tried to reset all the cache. But the problem continues. I suspect it is a cache issue somewhere which should sort itself out over time.
If you have any tips I’am listening ??

    Hi @vegancake,

You can try turning off the cache for your pages. For step-by-step instructions, please check this guide: https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/how-to-configure-caching-plugins/

If you don’t have a caching plugin, please ask your hosting provider to exclude the registration page from caching.
