Password not working right

  • Password is not working right. Every time I have set the password minimum of empty to 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 password length and strength to strong, It doesn’t work. I have to keep adding more characters. It usually accepts 11 or 13 characters in able to work. I had also deactived that Maximum Character Length Add-On and when activated I am still facing the same issue. Can you please help me. Thanks.

    Hello @donna4u2,

    Could you please perform a plugin conflict test?

    In order to do so try to briefly deactivate all plugins except Profile Builder and check if the issue still occurs. Also, try temporarily switching the theme to a default one (such as Twenty Seventeen), and check for the issue again.

    Can you set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php to see if there are any error notices?

    If the issue is gone, then try to find the conflicting plugin/theme by activating them back again one by one.
