Password on Gallery Not Working

I’ve just been advised by a client that the password on the gallery isn’t working.

It’s a critical part of our service.

Since tested a few on other PC’s to verify and none of those that are supposed to be password protected are. I’m using the ‘page’ password in WordPress.

I need an urgent fix.
