    Hi,
I’m getting inconsistent results with the Lite version.

Problem 1: In Safari, some of my pp pages only refresh the login page when I put in the correct password. The new url will be example.com/?ppwp=1 with the PP form still showing. I have other PP pages that work just fine across the browsers and some that do not.

    I’m using the default template.
    No cache.
    Working in private browser tabs
    Host: Network Solutions

I’ve tried adding the line in the child functions file and that didn’t work.

Problem 2: Sometimes in Chrome and Firefox, if I enter the correct password, it will refresh the login page. But if I hit the submit button again without entering a password, it unlocks the page with ?ppwp=1&ppwp_enter_wrong_password=true at the end or the url.

Problem 3: Now sometimes a PP page will not show the PP in safari.

Am I just having a crazy cache problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us last Friday night.

Yes, it’s indeed a caching issue.

To assist you better, could you please provide us with the following information?

Thank you for responding so quickly. After you helped me confirm that it was a cache problem I realized I was too impatient and didn’t let there be enough time for the cache to completely clear. Everything is working now. Thanks again!

Glad to hear that it worked, @jess574!

Should you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know. We’re always more than happy to help.

By the way, if you’re happy with our plugin features and support so far, do you mind leaving us a kind review on WordPress, please?
